Pada siklus ke tiga, 20 siswa (52,63 %) yang berhasil belajar aktif. Pada siklus 25 siswa (65,79%) yang berhasil mendiskripsikan orang tertentu dengan benar. PTK dengan 3 siklus dilaksanakan untuk mengetahui efektifitas penerapan media Picture Word Inductive Model dalam pembelajaran menulis deskriptife terhadap siswa kelas VII/a SMPN 3 Praya tahun 2014/2015, metode pengumpulan data secara triangulasi: Observasi, interview, dan dokumentasi.Hasilnya, siklus pertama 15 siswa (39,47%) yang bisa mendiskripsikan benda tertentu dengan benar.
